At Kolinga we believe it is important to manufacture our luxury head wraps ethically and at a fair price without sacrificing quality; this is the reason we are proud to produce our small batches in South Africa under ethical working conditions. Each collection is designed to sell out, which cuts back on unnecessary waste and leads to faster turnaround times - making for more satisfied customers and a happier planet. Each style is produced in limited-quantity and never re-stocked.

QUALITY

Kolinga head wraps are handcrafted & designed to last using the most exclusive, highest quality fabrics from the best suppliers in the industry with hundreds of years of experience.

One head wrap takes about 5 hours to produce and requires more than 10 steps from start to finish.

Small imperfections are not attributed to a manufacturing flaw but to the uniqueness and quality of the product, entirely handmade.

We demand a high standard of perfect quality to guarantee our customers the ultimate value in quality and style. We work extensively on the intricate details of Kolinga head wraps with our factory before releasing a head wrap to market.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers outside of Europe are subject to additional fees from customs/duties and import taxes. Fees are paid to your country of import and are required to be paid in order for the package to be delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking to see if there is an option to pay the import fees online beforehand to ensure there is no delay in delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 7 days of customer receiving their order. Cost of the return will be covered by the customer and once the returned order has been received and processed by the warehouse the refund will be promptly issued.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are proud of the quality of our head wraps and do not anticipate issues with our head wraps. If you have received a head wrap with damage, please contact us immediately after you receive your shipment so we can address the issue. After the a 1 month period, Kolinga is not responsible for damage that has been incurred over time.

Please remember to treat your head wrap with care, they are small accessories that are designed to withstand minimal damage.
