Step 1: Unravel the head wrap and place the middle stretch part behind your head right above the nuke. Make sure to do this while holding the two ends of fabric upwards in each hand. This will allow the head wrap to stay in place without it slipping off as you continue to wrap.

Step 2: Bring the two ends of fabric to the front of your head and exchange each end of fabric to the other hand in a “cross”motion (aka loop them together). This will secure the fabric at the top by creating a « knot ».

Step 3: Once your cross knot is created in the front, bring the two ends of fabric to the back of your head and tie them together to your desired tightness, this will further secure the head wrap.

Step 4: Proceed to wrapping the fabric as many times around your head. If you prefer, you can also stop wrapping after the first round and leave the knot at the back of your head as shown in step 3.

Step 5: If you proceed to keep on wrapping, make sure to do so by crossing/looping the two pieces of fabric at the top of your head (to keep it secured) after each round.

Step 6: For a full headwrap look, continue wrapping until you are left with little fabric to wrap and tie the rest of fabric as a knot at the back of your head.
